1. Operator

The website at aigorelay.app (the Website) is operated by Ontiqo Pty Ltd (ACN 701 340 418) of Daylesford, Victoria, Australia (Ontiqo). By using the Website you accept these terms.

2. The extension

The Website provides information about the AiGo Relay browser extension (AiGo Relay). It is not an offer to supply. AiGo Relay is supplied free of charge through the Chrome Web Store, Microsoft Edge Add-ons and Firefox Add-ons, under the terms of each store, which prevail over the Website. Copies offered for manual installation on the Website do not receive store updates.

3. Third-party assistants

AiGo Relay carries text to web assistants operated by third parties. Each assistant’s own terms, privacy policy, sign-in requirements and usage limits apply to its use. Ontiqo does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content or handling of information you send to them.

4. Trade marks

AiGo Relay is independent of, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by, the providers of the assistants and browsers named on the Website. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek, Qwen, Meta AI, Google, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Opera, Brave, Vivaldi and Safari are names or trade marks of their respective owners, and are used on the Website only to identify those products. The assistant logos are from Lobe Icons, used under the MIT licence.

5. Simulated demonstration

The demonstration on the Website is a simulation. Its interfaces and replies are illustrative, and its conversation text is fictional. No conversation is sent to any assistant.

6. Intellectual property

The content of the Website, including text, images, logos and product names, is owned by Ontiqo or used under licence. You may view, link to and quote it with attribution. You may not present it as your own, or use it to suggest an association with Ontiqo that does not exist.

7. Third-party websites

The Website links to third-party websites, including browser extension stores and assistant providers. Ontiqo is not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

8. Availability and liability

The Website is provided as is and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Ontiqo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
